Phibrows process
Consultation
Together we discuss your needs. This includes the impact of face shape, existing brow structure and how it will change. We discuss hair types, hair flow direction, how this will blend with the new phibrows and what colour best suits each individual client. We also discuss healing time and what to expect after your treatment.
Pre-draw
Exact measurements are taken. This is the longest part of the treatment. All measurements are checked via the phibrows app; where we use the eye line to digitally measure the proportions and compare to the drawn-on approach, making it even and incredibly accurate.
Hair flow marked out
This is where we look at the hair flow and pre mark. This allows us to follow the shape and direction as closely as possible.
The first pass
This is the first set of strokes made by the blade. Depth is critical, if it lands too shallow in the epidermis, colour won’t stick; too deep, it will damage the skin and colour will appear ashy. The “sweet spot” is just at the upper dermis. Pain is absolutely minimal. Colour mask is applied to intensify.
The second pass
The client is now numbed. We thicken strokes to mimic the width of the natural hair and reach the correct depth for optimum retention. A second colour mask is applied or a finishing corrector tone in red or yellow.
Clean, photograph and balm
Now, your brows are looking fabulous. We clean them, photograph them (for reference) and apply aftercare balm.
Aftercare
To ensure you know exactly how to care for your phibrows, a full and detailed aftercare instruction leaflet and support pack are provided.

Phibrow FAQ’s
How long does it last?
It can last anything from 1-3 years depending on skin type, tone, effectificity of aftercare and pigments used. Oilier skin tends to lift quicker, hence the recommendation of powder or nano brows.
Is it sore?
It is very minimal pain. Similar to threading, it’s superficial. Numbing cream is used once the first pass is done.
How long before I need a second top up?
It is again dependant on skin type. I never recommend a top up before a year. Ideally we want the pigment to be 50-65% disappeared to avoid over saturation, however some clients prefer the intensity to remain stronger, so top up sooner.
Do I need to do a medical?
Yes! As with any aesthetic procedure, suitability is not guaranteed until you have filled in the detailed medical questionnaire and patch tested. Consultations are not obligatory, but advised, particularly if you are unsure and have questions to ask.
Can I get it done if I am lighter/ red haired?
Yes! We do every step together; colour, shape, hair flow pattern. You will always be aware of what is happening and have an input.
What happens if I really hate it (which will never happen 😉)
I do acidic, saline removal. It can all be lifted safely and effectively.
How can I pay?
Cash, card or bank transfer.
